I will guide companies, collectives and other groups through the process of establishing a non-hierarchical organizational structure. The process is based on the book 'Who Decides, Who Decides' (WDWD)written by Ted Rau. Included is an introduction to Non-violent Communication, Pinakarri and Charismatic communication. These are tools to remove blocks and fears. Included is a step-by-step path toward formation of a circle, including the tools and roles that are recommended. These roles include, and are not limited to, leader, facilitator and scribe (or secretary).

The process will involve at least four, ninety minute meetings. The first meeting is to establish a baseline of knowledge and understanding of the process. There may be more meetings prior to the circle forming meetings for people to get comfortable with what is required to make a Sociocratic meeting successful. My qualifications: I am currently enrolled in the Sociocracy Academy given by www.sociocracyforall.org (SoFA) I edited the book WDWD with Ted Rau for publishing. I have experience in the three primary roles within a circle (as well as the role of 'Delegate'). I am an active member of a working circle within SoFA. I also assisted in the editing of an upcoming book regarding sociocracy for children.
