I will make from scratch, my mother’s Pune cake 🎂. It has flour, sugar, buttermilk, nutmeg, cinnamon, eggs, vanilla, and more. It is very rich and sweet. The caramel like glaze topping is made from corn syrup, buttermilk, vanilla and sugar, cooked to gooey perfection and poured on top to soak deep into cake making the cake extremely moist. This family recipe is made strictly according to our age old tradition. I would typically need 2 - 3 day notice to make it and I can either deliver the cake locally or you can come pick it up. I would use a disposable tin with cover like in the photo below.
Training & Qualifications
I have made this cake more than 30 Times, usually at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
