Bread making and lessons
I will bake you fresh bread for any occasion, or teach you how to bake various breads at home. I can teach and make a variety of bread styles ranging from naturally leavened, to quick breads, including starting and maintaining starter cultures.
Training & Qualifications
I have no formal pastry training, but have been head Pastry Chef at the michelin level, for various restaurants in SF and the East bay.
Availability & Preferences
flexible with hours, and please understand that getting a starter going can be a long process so plan ahead.
