I will help you analyze your sales, create a file that you can easily update to view trends and opportunities for improvement.
The file I will provide will be an Excel file. I will set up some instructions on how to update the file. It will be a basic file with no macros for easier use and if any troubleshooting would be needed.
When we do business together I will request that you send some data so I can build your file and we walk me through what are important metrics to you. While it building the file I may recommend a metric or two that might make sense to you. Anything I recommend you certainly don't have to use. I'm viewing this as a consultation more than anything where I'm here to help you and your business grow.
