I am a natural leader and problem solver looking for a fulfilling job that allows me to lead and help others develop. I believe in servant leadership, and my greatest joy comes from using my talents and abilities to help others perform better at their jobs. A leader's job is not simply tell others what to do, but to train and develop them to the point that they already know what to do.
While at Sprint, I went above my job duties to create a training deck that helped the entire company raise our Willingness to Recommend via customer service surveys by 8% in just one month. I also created very many other training decks to train representatives in other complicated concepts, and created excel calculators that would automatically determine the best plans available for customers given the number of lines, types of devices, and usage.
My greatest skill is taking complicated and/or technical concepts and making them easy to understand for everyone. I also excel at looking at the big picture, and giving others a perspective outside of their individual experiences that helps them understand why businesses make the decisions they do, or why things are the way they are.
More than anything else, however, I believe that you either accept things the way they are, or you accept the responsibility for changing it. If I see something wrong within a company, it becomes my personal mission to do whatever needs to be done to fix that problem. You will never hear me complain about any issue without being able to offer a practical and sustainable solution.
