Born and raised in the greater Seattle area and now residing in West Seattle.
Through a variety of work and life experiences I've landed on deepening my understanding of the present moment in which we live. As if aiming for a moving target, I garnish my experience with an eternal desire to learn about my self and the world around me.
Extremely goal oriented, positive, and insightful are my underpinnings as I take on a rigorous and challenging educational bout to prepare myself in a future of promoting wellness and sustainable living solutions. Whether through nutrition, exercise, purpose, motivation I seek to share with others an holistic approach; integrating perspectives to live an intended life. I've thrown myself into a journey of self-discovery, community, and action hoping to create a world that is in some way shape or form closer to a sustainable humanity. One that is aware of the complex systems of processes that affect and are effected by our actions and how we truly are not separate from that which is external to us. Nature offers us the greatest paradigm of design. We are a part of that design and I desire to empower and inspire others to be creators, dreamers, and team problem solvers.
My near future includes ongoing personal training education and certification, Pilates instruction and group exercise training, exercise science, integrative medicine, landscaping ,and language ventures. while i have ambitiously jumped into starting a career in being expertly-general in my approach rather than specialized in no way want to claim that i have some sort of certainty under my belt. i rather hope to offer insist into how you can better listen to your self and the world around you. I offer energy management techniques to help you thrive spiritually, emotionally, physically, and mentally. While learning to take care of myself I would love to extend that knowledge on to others who are looking to craft their life and their future. i want to inspire self love and dedication, sustainability and community.
AS my education process evolves I have a deep urge to want to contribute to our developing world, and greatest problems we face today from impoverishment, deforestation, ecological degradation, loss of essential animal populations, receding glaciers and methane release, to social solutions, business adaptions, marketing, and social entrepreneurship.
