I'd like to offer my amateur thoughts on diet and exercise, and how to improve your general health. In the past two years I have lost 50 lbs through diet and exercise, and lots of trial and error. I do barbell training, calisthenics, and can offer diet / meal prep advice. This is still a journey for me as well.
