I have an extensive background teaching boxing and fitness classes to all levels; from a person who has never thrown a punch or exercised before in their life, to amateur and professional athletes. My goal as a personal trainer is to motivate you and push you to do better every time. With ever punch, every plyo, cardio, weight and agility drill, you’ll be knocking down pounds and inches on your way to getting in the best shape of your life. I use functional movement exercises fused with boxing. As a boxing coach, I specialize in helping clients remove mental distractions while focusing on technique and perseverance, at the same time make working out extremely fun. This will help your mental fitness and allow you to focus on training longer and more efficiently. I also focus mitt work in the ring, weight lifting, nutrition and the ability to amplify your cardio workouts. I also pride myself on teaching beginning and advance sparring as well.
