Vacuum Packing Meat & Fish
We have a professional grade chamber vacuum sealer. I can vacuum seal up to the size of a full Boston Butt, and am willing to do so for 2lbs of meat, or 5% of the meat, whichever is greater.
Training & Qualifications
Four years working in an industrial kitchen; prepping meat and fish with various cuts.
Availability & Preferences
I prefer weekends; the time necessary to vacuum seal large cuts is longer. Smaller amounts can be done on week nights.
