Since growing up on a small town farm, with 80 acres and a dairy cow for each one, I've been a builder. Back then it was tree forts and fixing my bike with dads arc welder (learned by watching my older brother) and I had no idea what I was doing, only that I wanted to do it. Now days it's staying up till the crack of dawn (1:53 am now) building things in my two car garage turned metal smithing shop. I love welding, blacksmith work, and fabricating original concepts and ideas from scratch. I don't often back down from a challenge if I have the tools to take it on. Sometimes the tools to take on the challenge have to be built, and might make the project take twice as long, but in my eyes there is no reason for compromise. Especially when the tool store is closed the next day, and it would be faster to build the tool, than to wait till Monday for them to open back up.
