Hello! Swimming is one of the best forms of exercise, with most muscle groups getting used and minimal chance of injury. Although it's quite hard to give technical advice online, I can give you a training plan to get in shape. I've been a swimmer for 15 years and a coach for 3. I practice every day - my ultimate goal is to swim the English Channel. We'll discuss what type of plan you would like, what your goals are, and I'll give you a tailored one-month plan minimum to get you on track.
