Senior SDET who is very passionate towards technology and Innovation. My journey started as a core application developer and I ended up in test development. Coming from the Computer Science and develo...pment background, I'm passionate in solving problems and interested in setting up and architect the test harness and write the test utilities. I had a ride in development with C, C++, Java, COBOL and VB script. Tried a few QTP automation but mostly my interests are in open source tools . I’ve extensively built data driven, key word driven, behavior driven and hybrid test automation framework. Very familiar and hands on experience with TDD and BDD. Expert in API , Web, Database, UI, UX, Web Script, SOA(REST and SOAP), Mainframes , report , rules engine , mobile web, mobile app, compensation management , mathematical model analysis testing. I’ve created test automation suite using technologies such as Selenium web driver, Cucumber, JBehave , Robot framework, PhantomJS. I’ve experience in setting up CI builds with the automation test and set up the test labs including cloud such as AWS. My strengths are in reviewing development architecture, design and finding loop holes defect at the early stage of the product life cycle which eliminates lot of cost at the end. Known programming languages are COBOL,C, C+, JAVA, JAVA EE frameworks, Python, Groovy, R. Learning Ruby , Scala and Haskell. I’m also consulting in performance testing and setting up expectation metrics on performance testing. I’m also good at defect forecasting, contingency planning, issue resolution and risk based testing. I’m a quick learner and always learning and passionate about FOSS, Linux and other innovations.show more
