2x weekly workout buddy
Finding space in life for physical fitness is a huge challenge for me right now, but with an accountabili-buddy (you!) I think it would be MUCH more achievable! I am looking to regain body tone.
Ideally - because my pocketbook is slim these days - you have access to a basic gym (eg: included as an apartment building amenity, or your home gym), and we can spot each other for lifting, or get together and connect about life over a 20-30min stationary cycle ride. I am also up to occasional money expenditures for an indoor rock gym sesh!
I am currently an avid 4-season hiker (but I'm not often enthralled for going above 12 or 12.5k), I was an avid yogi for 14 years but have been out of the regularity of it for about 2 years. I miss gymnastics and ballet style body movement. I can pass a top-rope climbing belay test at whatever gym we might climb at, but not the lead-climb one.
