Want to learn how to integrate nutrution easily into your daily life, reduce your toxic load, balance priorities in your life, or need motivation and emotional support? I am 5 months into my year long Health Coach certification course with Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I have passed every weekly quiz with 100% and my first test with 95%. I am extremely passionate about my own health and yours while realizing we are not reality TV stars who have 8 hours a day to exclusively dedicate to professional routines. Real guidance for real people is my motto.
