Flyering Help

15 simbi for fulfilling my request - Posted Jun 08

I'm looking for someone to flyer the Central District for me! Coffee shops, community centers, and other announcement bulletin boards in the area. I'll provide the flyers and a list of places. I'd do it myself, but the class is in the CD and I live in North Seattle.

Garden Help
I'm looking for help in taming my backyard. It's feeling a little overwhelming this year. Prefer to pay in Simbis than a direct trade. Located in Greenwood.

About Rachel Hamstra

The Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education® uses experiential learning through sensations and perception to awaken your self-awareness and open up choices about how you move, think, and feel. Instead... of "fixing a problem", Feldenkrais looks at how you are doing something. By exploring a tiny piece of a movement, you can discover a curious and playful way of approaching the larger question of what is going on in your body. Rachel Hamstra, Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, has been a student of the Feldenkrais Method for over 20 years. Her first introduction to Feldenkrais was around age seven, while undergoing multiple hip surgeries through infancy and childhood. Functional Integration lessons became an essential part of her rehabilitation process, and Feldenkrais has been a part of her life ever since. As a practitioner, she is thrilled to have the opportunity to come full circle and share what she has learned. She finds joy in helping others find curiosity, hope, and ease in movement and life. She considers it her responsibility and honor to offer a space where her students feel safe to explore, and let that exploration go where it may. She is queer- and trans-friendly. Rachel graduated from the Seattle Eastside Feldenkrais Training in 2012. You can find out more at www.rachelhamstra.com.show more
