Can teach any cruisine one might be interested in; anything from fine dining to baking to planning something special for a date night in or holiday meals. Just give me an idea of what you want before we meet up, and I'll teach technique to useful and helpful skills that you don't have to mess up to learn.
Training & Qualifications
Professional chef with culinary arts degree. Worked in the food industry for the last six years, including bakers.
Availability & Preferences
We will have to plan ahead to work around schedule. Usually weekend mornings.
