I will give you step-by-step instructions on how to create Black Cat Pumpkins. Instructions can be given over the phone, can send pictures of Black Cat Process, send written instructions of how the project is done, or if living radius is near by then on-site in-person help can be provided. You will have to secure your own material, but I can suggest possible places to source said materials.
Training & Qualifications
I have done this project myself, and was the envy of my block during Halloween.
Availability & Preferences
