I will restore and season your cast iron cookware . Depending on the damage and availability, I might take anywhere from 48h to a week.
We can meet (I live in Montréal) with your cookware and go from there.
I will also give you pointers for the future maintenance of your goods.
With good care, cast iron will last you a lifetime.
Training & Qualifications
I have used and cleaned cast iron my entire adult life. My mom was also a chef, fyi.
