From "Croque Monsieur" to "Blanquette de veau", from "Tarte Tatin" to "Croissant", I would like to share with you the best recipes that my mother has been preparing for 20 years in our hostel in Tours (France).
Organisation in a nut shell:
- You tell me the recipe you want to learn or you choose on my list.
- I come to your home having bought the ingredients. Lessons do not include price of ingredients.
- We cook together a meal for 6 people and I show you simple techniques that change everything.
- an optionaly we can have a diner together :)
