I will teach some basic rules of Italian cuisine, which I learnt watching my mom. You will learn that Linguine Alfredo and other funny things you believe to be Italian, don't exist in Italy at all.
I am 100% Italian, moved to US a couple. I used to be on my mom's way when she was cooking and I pretty sure I can teach some basic rules to realize a real Italian style meal.
