I will troubleshoot your PC or Mac remotely, as well as make recommendations for effective measures to prevent malware, viruses, etc. I can also make recommendations for code and software you are writing. I have experience in Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Ruby, and C#.
This service can include: setting up firewalls and anti-virus software, installing software, virus and malware cleanup, systems penetration testing, browser cookie and cache cleanup, or a general performance tune-up.
I will not be able to do much with hardware issues if the service is remote, but I am willing to help with hardware issues if you are located nearby and can get the system to me.
One session lasts until either we have identified the problem with your system, have provided the assistance you requested, or I determine the issue in question cannot be fixed remotely.
Training & Qualifications
I have A+ certification, an Associate's degree in Computer Science, am currently getting my Bachelor's degree in Software Development, and have worked as an IT Consultant for 1 year. I have MTA certificates in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Availability & Preferences
I am usually available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
