Usually it goes as following:
10-15 minutes warm up + stretching
30-40 minutes Krav Maga (self-defense) technique
10-15 minutes Fitness + stretching
Training & Qualifications
- Dan 2 Black Belt
- Certified Krav Maga Instructor
- Multiple years of experience in teaching men, women and children
