I will provide a detailed project plan for any overwhelming event. Whether it's a business project and you're not sure to start, or an upcoming family reunion. I will spend 30-minutes on Skype with you to talk about your needs. Then I will create a plan and email it to you. We will have another 15-min Skype session to review the plan and answer any questions you may have, or adjust it to your needs.
Training & Qualifications
I have performed IT project management since 2001 for a variety of companies and large scale projects. My specialty is creating plans that are the most efficient with people's time.
Availability & Preferences
Weekends are best for me, but we can work out an evening if necessary.
