Pat asks those questions that you would never come up with yourself. She sends you down into the depths of your mind where you have a good search around and come back out with more clarity, or perhaps a new story, or a sudden understanding of something that’s been opaque until now.

It’s been an intuitive and imaginative process that takes sometimes surprising directions. There is unlikely wisdom to be found in becoming an inanimate object and describing how you feel from that point of view.

I love to explore and stay open to where a session will take me, and Pat’s flexible and fluid way of working means we can head off wherever I need to go.
