60-75 minute session can include flow yoga, Ki Gong, and guided meditation on breath depending on student interest. Immediate results can be felt after one class including a feeling of lightness and deep relaxation. Long term practice yields an abiding strength in the core, relaxed self confidence, and an elevated awareness of and devotion to your own true path.
Training & Qualifications
I have been a Yoga and Ki Gong instructor for 8 years, working with all age groups and physical/emotional conditions. 17 years as a Respiratory Therapist and 12 years as a Physician Assistant in Sports Medicine gives me unique insight into breath and body. Yoga informs my understanding of the brain and as I continue to bring the three into One within myself, I know that my greatest progress is made by sharing with others.
