I will discuss with you the problems you may be experiencing and help trouble shoot the problem. If you have never had an aquarium and are interested in starting one I can give you a class on the fundamentals including cycling and stocking. I have three years experience with freshwater aquariums and it is a hobby I am very passionate about. So much so that I will be attending college for it in fall. I have experience with freshwater plants as well if that is something your interested in learning about.
