I will teach you a basic recipe, give a small list of things you’ll need, and proper techniques for brewing your very own Mead! Mead is a fermented honey beverage that is the oldest form of alcohol, and is popular amongst ren fairs and vikings, it is generally sweet and packs a punch! Mead is unique in flavor distinct from beer or wine, and has a wide range of profiles to choose from and match anyones tastes.

Training & Qualifications
I have been brewing my own beer and mead for about 5-6 years now. I have won an award or two for meads and anyone who tries it comes back for more!
