My name is Owen Johnston, and I am a certified calisthenics instructor. Want to build strength and muscle using only your own bodyweight? Contact me to schedule your first workout! I can train you at your home or another location in Lake City SC or Moncks Corner SC. I also offer calisthenics classes at Olympia Gymnastics in Moncks Corner, where I work as a strength and conditioning coach.
If you would like to ask me about training before scheduling a workout, feel free to contact me! I will be happy to discuss any questions you have as well your current fitness level and goals. This will help me design a training plan tailored to your specific needs.

Personal Training Rates: $15 for a half hour workout; $30 for a 1 hour workout
Hourly Rate for Workshops and Coaching Clinics: $100; daily rates negotiable
25% discount when you invest in a class package. Packages do not expire until used.
Group specials: Half hour session - $10 per person; Hour long session - $20 per person

"What else do you offer?" If you run a gym, wellness center, or studio, and want to add a calisthenics program, please get in touch! I can also help set up free or low cost exercise classes at your church. Lastly, I can help you train for a calisthenics certification workshop.
"What are some of the goals you can help me train for?" I can help you lose weight, build muscle, and physically prepare for a competition. If you are coming back from an injury, and are cleared by your physician to start an exercise program, I can help you with general mobility and joint health. Lastly, I can help with stress relief through mindfulness and "moving meditation" in every exercise.
More details about calisthenics, also known as bodyweight training: Before joining a gym or buying expensive exercise equipment, look at what you already have available to you in your neighborhood. With creativity, just your own bodyweight, and the right training progressions, you can get in a challenging workout any place. You can train in your own home, yard, or a local park.
