I help people identify and achieve their health and wellness goals by transforming the way we think, feel, and act around food, movement, and self-care. Coaching sessions can be in person or via phone. Clients experience outcomes including weight loss, better sleep, reduced stress, increased energy, disease prevention, and more. Health Coaches work to create balance in all areas of life by taking a whole-body, or holistic, approach to wellness by exploring all aspects of a healthy individual including someone's relationships, career, purpose, and spirituality. This approach includes deep listening, no judgement or intimidation, and a constant collaboration with individuals' needs. This inclusive environment helps people find the approach that works for them so that changes are sustainable, long lasting, and most of all enjoyable.
