2 hour vegetarian cooking lesson

I am responsible for coordinating the dietary needs of a household whose members include frequently conflicting food restrictions. I will demonstrate how one can accommodate for pesco-vegetarian and ketogenic diets, as well as a number of common food allergies, without feeling like a short order cook.
In one two-hour lesson, I will come to your house and help you prepare a meal for a vegetarian or mixed-diet household, and show you easy ways to prepare and store meals to be served later.
You can choose a dish you would like me to adapt into a vegetarian meal, or you can select from one of our household favorites, such as:
-Breakfast casserole
-Pad see ew with fried tofu/grilled chicken
-"Chicken" pot pies
-Spaghetti with bolognese and/or meatballs
-Fried "chicken" and succotash
-Apple chutney over quinoa with grilled sausages
I will provide a list of required ingredients for you in advance to have ready based on the dish selected. I am happy to negotiate!
