I can clip doggy nails, even the black ones. I am limiting the dog to 35 lbs just because that is all I can physically restrain. It is less risky for me and the dog.
Training & Qualifications
I have my own dog named Roxy. She's all black, right down to the nails. Most of the time I cut her nails, and she hasn't bled once.
