I will show you how to complete some Yoga Ashtanga Core workout which is a mix of yoga postures and callisthenic core workout. This allows you to mix yoga and fitness all together, with different dynamic and static postures, integrating flexibility, strenght and .... some sweating moments ;)
Training & Qualifications
Certified Yoga Ashtanga teacher with over 10 years of practice.
I've also added to my practice some core callisthénic workout that builds and strenghtens the core and allows to build more strenght to the whole body.
