1-month Virtual Training program

This is a unique service that is both highly affordable and yet specific to every individual participant. Virtual Training consists of a monthly program that I personally write based on your unique body type, internal health, goals, injuries, and current fitness, flexibility and strength levels. You film your primary lifts such as the squat, bench press, deadlift, hip thrust, etc., and send them to me every training session for critique and feedback. This is a perfect fit for general fitness clients who may not be able to afford group or private training; as well as athletes or competitive lifters on a budget who feel confident enough in the execution of their workouts form-wise, but aren’t sure of what to do or when to do it in order to maximize their performance gains before competition-time!
Training & Qualifications
BS Exercise Science, CPT, USC, PES, CES
18-month internship
5 years self employment, over 5000 hours one-on-one time with clients.
