Many startups have a fantastic business idea but lack the technical experience/knowledge necessary to build scalable systems. They may hire out and get the wool pulled over their eyes because they simply do not know any better. My service is to offer application architecture consulting for entrepreneurs or startups that are looking to understand how to build their technology stack.
We can talk about your current technology stack, front end, back end, mobile applications, etc. We can discuss server structures, in the cloud or locally. I can answer questions about how your current technology contracts are being executed and see if you are paying too much or too little.
All in all, I can be a sound board for someone who is trying to enhance their technology acumen and the direction that your technology approach is headed.
Training & Qualifications
I have been involved in start up for the past three years. In my experience, I have architected scalable systems using AWS, Chef, Bitbucket, Bamboo, etc. I have implemented continuous integration and continuous deployment plans for several organizations.
I have as well provided technology consulting for several small to medium businesses including the following industries: Life Insurance and FinTech, Real Estate Technology, and Commercial Photography.
