I will virtually help you diagnose problems with your 4 stroke Chinese scooter. (Roketa, Tank, etc)
Won't start, brakes not working, etc. Electrical system problems are more difficult to diagnose, but I can point you in the right direction.
You will of course need your own tools!

I am an avid rider and owner of motorcycles for many years and have always done my own servicing.
I currently own and ride a Roketa 250cc bike that's been GPS clocked at 83mph.
I also happen to be a triple amputee.
