Wild Wood Coaching Walk

60

60 per session - - Posted Apr 05, 2018

Pick a goal or an area of your life where you want to experience transformation. We'll go for a walk in a local woodland. I will guide you through a playful and challenging combination of conversation, breath, movement, learning games, and a guided connection with your woodland environment. During our time together, most clients get clear about what they most want, identify inner and outer barriers to change, experience a felt shift in how they relate to those barriers and goals, and find a new set of effective actions they can choose next. My work is based on the embodied practice which I call the Four Powers of Integrity. I incorporate the work of Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks, Integral theory, chi gung and taoist inner meditation practice, shamanic shaking, and various other tools and techniques I've picked up over my twenty years of practice.

Trading Preference: I’m flexible, just hit me up!

About Nathaniel Whitestone

I develop thriving human systems -- healthy working communities, great teams, and happy, powerful, transformational leaders. From game design for businesses, to management and governance frameworks, ...to masterful facilitation and coaching, I reliably open the door to effective creativity. I am passionate about serving the Great Transition to a society where the key strategic asset is the ability to collaborate and the true definition of wealth is wellbeing. As a coach, I have worked with clients on a range of different issues, including leadership, job satisfaction, personal creative practice, career direction, intimate relationships, life goals, negotiating skills, and over-all well-being. My coaching is integrity-based and body-centered, strongly influenced by a multi-year apprenticeship with Drs. Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks. As a facilitator I have worked with groups ranging in size from 2 to 200. I am comfortable working with conflict, and can design and lead processes in groups of all sizes. I regularly facilitate Agile project teams, corporate boards, and sociocratic circles. As a trainer I have run a five year advanced facilitation course, worked with groups with poor English skills in rural Africa and with corporates and university professors in the US and UK, and run countless relationship skills, leaderships skills, and facilitation skills workshops. As a consultant, I have experience with: board-level consulting (from tech startups to SMEs to large financial institutions, local charities to international networks); vision, values, strategy, decision-making, Lean Startup, and business design; and providing advice on communications, management and governance to larger companies. I specialize in leading sociocratic implementations that nurture agile organizations.show more
