Beginner&intermediate running coach
I will work with you to develop a running regimine that meets you at your current level of activity, whether that be and active or sedintary lifestyle. I will help you set goals and run along side you. Offering any encourage or support you need. Having been running for the better part of 13 years, 4 of which were spend serving as a medic in the army, I have acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience working with people of all different backgrounds and lifestyles. I am also familiar with common injuries and struggles of beginning runner and will adjust the workout routine accordingly.
Training & Qualifications
Runner of 13 years
Competed in numerous 5 and 10ks.
Several years spent in the army as a medic working with soldiers on improving their run times.
