Review and Analyze existing project material and ensure it is in line with outcome goals for project.
Research current and past similar projects and pinpoint the factors playing the greatest role in each projects success.
Undertake creative brainstorming to create alternative methods for reaching that projects goal and do a cost comparison between the original and each of the alternatives.
Perform market research to uncover potential future implications as a result of that project.
Training & Qualifications
My educational background focuses on business, primarily economics which is what my degree is in.
Utilizing my experience in marketing, sales, account management, financial planning and management, organization leadership and strategy will all aid in being able to approach any project from all directions.
Availability & Preferences
I am an independent contractor and construct my own work schedule so I am flexible in regards to being available.
