Since technology spans so much, I try to keep my self up to speed on a vast array of types including but not limited to cellular devices (phones, tablets, connected devices), computers, networking, electronic gadgets. If there is a product that I do not know, I will certainly take the time to learn the needed information and present it in a manner that is easy to understand with the ability to change methods and learning speed to accommodate for how much or little you need.
Training & Qualifications
Worked in sales of electronics and cellular for the better part of a decade with training from major companies such as Apple, Samsung, LG, Microsoft, and many others. I have worked as a technical support consultant and site service technician for a few companies. In my spare time I try to explore and learn about growing trends and new technologies to help make people's lives easier and simplified and incorporate many of these things into my own life.
Availability & Preferences
Late evenings and weekend afternoons, although times are flexible.
