I can teach you how to eat for optimal health, what to buy and how to... prepare the foods. I know a bit about food allergies, food addiction, and how certain foods affect mood and certain health issues. I am a Certified Life Coach in need of more hands on experience. I have 1 year of training in Holistic Peer Counseling and a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Sociology. I am good at giving advice if wanted or just being an ear to listen if you need someone to talk to. I can knit very well, and crochet, and sew a bit and I am very crafty and creative.
