I am currently interning on a show/dairy goat farm while I apply to graduate school. I love to paint, farm, cook, bake, garden, clean, swim, eat, and write.
I have lots of experience as a tutor in maths and sciences, as well as English and Spanish.
When I can, I like to build gifts for my friends, sometimes making them little story books, sometimes re-covering boxes and making them into little gifts.
Eventually, I hope to study Soil Microbiology, but for the summer, I am gardening and writing poetry in Maine.
Tomatoes are my favorite plant to grow, and carrots are my all time favorite food to eat. Rhubarb and corn are very close seconds in both arenas. Much of my time is spent thinking about what I want to be doing, but when I am focusing on farming, I can take better stock in the slower approach, focusing on all the small things that must be done now to ensure the small things I hope for in the future. Farming is, for me, a sort of comfort zone in the land of ideal intersectional causality. Anyway, I love growing plants and raising goats, and if you ever want to discuss either, please don't hesitate to message me.
Recently, I began a new storybook/painting series for a friend, and once I have five or so under my belt, I intend to offer that on Simbi as well.
