Virtual Childbirth Preparation. One hour long Skype, Google Hangouts, or Zoom meeting where we will discuss the anatomy and physiology of birth, coping techniques, helpful tips for both the birthing person and partner, writing a birth plan, communicating with medical staff and caregivers.

I have been a Professional Doula and Childbirth Educator since 2012 and have supported over 200 families through their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum
