About MJ Petroni
MJ Petroni is a San Francisco-based researcher and consultant focused on the intersection of humans and technology. He founded Causeit, Inc., one-half futurist think tank and one-half innovation consultancy, where he and his colleagues have helped 350+ companies (from just-founded to Fortune 100) discover compelling narratives around which their teams, customers and strategic partners can rally. MJ is the Cyborg Anthropologist in Residence for NTT, the world's largest telco; additionally, he served as a founding advisor of the Gates Foundation's Level One Project for a digital money approach to poverty alleviation. MJ advises several startups and serves on the Accenture Technology Vision board. MJ studied his field at Lewis & Clark College, and is currently authoring the living book Cybiomes: Biology, Technology and Hope.
