Medical Massage Therapy is result oriented massage. My goal is to assist you in the restoration and maintenance of optimal health to improve and maintain your quality of life. In the initial visit, I ask for your health history and any specific issues - aches, pains, restrictions, tightness, spasms, injury recovery, injury prevention, etc. - concerning or bother you. I use the modalities or techniques most appropriate for the desired outcome - including but not limited to Swedish, Neuromuscular Technique, and Deep Tissue. Pressure is also adjusted for maximum benefit. Firm and deep do NOT necessarily provide the best results.

I also incorporate Aromatherapy and Reiki into the session when appropriate.
