I will install or optimize, and configure your home theatre/audio system so that you'll have the best entertainment experience possible with your equipment. I'll simply the hookups to minimize the number of remote controls you'll have to use.
Training & Qualifications
I am a Media Installation Artist with a BFA in Sculpture/Installation and a minor in Integrated Media from OCAD University.
I developed the knowledge and skills involved from: building my own hi-fi systems from sourced, and salvaged components; working in the A/V equipment sign-out for the Integrated Media department at OCAD; and as an electrician assistant.
I'm good at using existing components to and combining components of different vintages to maximize their capabilities. For example: a current television receiver, flat-panel television from 5 years ago, 90's amplifier, and 1970's speakers – and maybe a turntable, because why not?
Further, I have experience in managing and concealing wires from working as an electrician assistant in various industrial, commercial, and institutional environments.
