I can help you work out techniques or recipes to inspire a drive in cooking. We can all cook as well as restaurants with just a little know-how and practice. I specialize in Italian food, specifically northern Italian, but also work with Spanish, Brazilian, Cuban, French, Thai and a few other hybrid dishes.
Training & Qualifications
I have been cooking since college (about 15 years) and have been doing fun things ever since. I have a background in chemistry and work in research. While perhaps not exactly the same, that mindset is what has developed my perception and technique.
