I have struggled with my weight for a very long time, and have reached a stage where i am at the heaviest i have ever been. I tried losing weight 2 years ago and was doing quite well, but the combination of hittinf a plateau and not knowing how to modify my workout routine at the gym and then a concussion ended all of that inadvertently.
This has become a high priority for me as I am noticing symptoms of being pre diabetic, of which diabetes runs strong in my family.
