Piano improv/ custom chord exercise

I'm 10yrs classically trained, and I hate how I can basically only play 1 song I've been practicing for the last 6 months. I wish I could improvise my own original music and make piano arrangements of my favorite songs. Looking for a teacher to help me with that goal!
I believe I'm mainly lacking chord knowledge and all their inversions, and knowing what chords fit with a given note. My dream teacher would write me an exercise piece that has a lot of chords in them so I can test my memorization, ie something that goes around in a circle of 5ths against a nice melody.
