I will find out what exactly you are feeling in your body, what your goals for the session are, and I will give you a custom massage tailored to your specific needs. I use only organic coconut oil for massage so that your skin is being nourished while your muscles are being relaxed and worked out. I can provide basic relaxation, do deep tissue work, focus on a specific injury, or combine all 3 to create a truly personal and one of a kind experience.
Training & Qualifications
I am a licensed massage therapist with my own insurance. I have taken over 500 hours of massage and somatic therapy education. I have been working in the field for over 3 years now, and have developed and perfected my technique. I have spent some time in college in holistic studies, and can help recommend things to do at home (diet, supplements, stretches, foam rolling, self massage, etc.) to continue your goals of well being and well feeling.
Availability & Preferences
I am free most afternoons/evenings, and weekends, by appointment only.
