Sleep advice and Rest Consultation
Rest is a vital function of our daily lives. Proper rest allows us to dream, to relax, and to rejuvenate so we can handle the challenges of our daily lives. Enough rest allows our minds to be sharp and focused. Proper rest allows us to advance easier in our careers and our lives. Without the proper amount of rest, life just becomes more difficult. Proper rest begins with the right tools set up in the right schedule for your life. This schedule needs to fit into your lifestyle and meet your goals you want in life. We will discuss your sleep/wake cycle, customizes a schedule, and I will suggest types of pillows, scents, and essential oils needed to relax your body and calm your mind. You will have the best program for your rest to optimize your health and well being. A schedule that will optimize your rest so you have the energy and focus to optimize your life.
Training & Qualifications
I am a Massage Therapist and Aromatherapist. I have been practicing since 2003 and understand what it takes for the body to rest physically and biochemically. I have made similar suggestions to clients over the years helping them eliminate nightmares, morning fatigue, and insomnia. I have worked with clients to change the sleep/ wake schedule to best fit their work schedules. I have worked with clients to help reduce insomnia and eliminate the interrupted sleep patterns that accompany this situation.
